At Manèkin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer flexible return and exchange options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • 7-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free from perfume, makeup, or other odors
  • All accessories and garment bags must be included

Custom/Made-to-Order Items

  • Generally non-returnable due to personalized nature
  • Returns accepted only if item is significantly defective
  • Size adjustments may be available within 48 hours of delivery
  • Minor alterations may be offered instead of returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, altered, or damaged by customer
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability in your requested size or color.

Exchange Guidelines

  • One exchange per item (no multiple exchanges)
  • Item must meet all return eligibility criteria
  • New item must be of equal or greater value
  • Price difference must be paid for higher-value items
  • Subject to stock availability
  • International customers: exchanges subject to shipping costs

Size Adjustments

For custom orders, minor size adjustments may be available within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our customer service team immediately if you experience fit issues.

4. Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Inspection: 1-2 business days to verify item condition
  • Refund issuance: 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by bank/card issuer)

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (credit card, debit card, digital wallet)
  • Bank transfer for international returns (when applicable)
  • Store credit for damaged items or special circumstances

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items with signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned after the 7-day window (at our discretion)

5. Return Shipping & Costs

Domestic Returns (India)

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
  • We recommend using trackable shipping services
  • Return shipping label available for ₹200 (deducted from refund)
  • Free return shipping for orders above ₹15,000

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Use trackable international shipping service
  • Mark package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional duties
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Defective/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

  • Return shipping covered by Manèkin

Wrong Item Received

  • Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item
  • We'll arrange pickup and send the correct item
  • No cost to customer for our shipping error
  • Express shipping for replacement when available

Late Delivery Claims

If your order arrives significantly late due to our error, you may be eligible for a partial refund of shipping costs. Contact customer service to discuss your situation.
