Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
At Manèkin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer flexible return and exchange options to ensure your complete satisfaction.
1. Return Eligibility
Ready-to-Ship Items
- 7-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items must be free from perfume, makeup, or other odors
- All accessories and garment bags must be included
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
- Non-returnable due to their personalised nature
- Returns accepted if the item is significantly defective or materially different from what was described — see Section 6 below
- Size adjustments may be offered as an alternative to returns
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Final sale or heavily discounted items (unless defective)
2. How to Return Your Order

Receive Return Authorisation
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and full return instructions
Package Your Item
Securely pack the item with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
Ship the Return
Send the package to: No 13/11-2, Parv Enclave, Third Floor, Desk No 4, Pampa Mahakavi Road, Shankarpuram, Bangalore 560004, using a trackable shipping service

3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability in your requested size or color.
Exchange Guidelines
- One exchange per item
- Item must meet all return eligibility criteria
- New item must be of equal or greater value
- Price difference must be paid for higher-value items
- Subject to stock availability
- International customers: exchanges subject to additional shipping costs
Size Adjustments
For custom orders, minor size adjustments may be available. Contact our customer service team as soon as you experience fit issues after delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1–2 business days after we receive your return
- Refund issuance: 3–5 business days to the original payment method
- Bank processing: 5–10 business days (varies by bank / card issuer)
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (credit card, debit card, digital wallet)
- Bank transfer for international returns where applicable
- Store credit offered for special circumstances, with your agreement
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued for items returned without original packaging or tags, or with signs of wear caused by the customer. We will communicate the deduction to you before processing.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
Domestic Returns (India)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- A prepaid return label is available for ₹200 (deducted from your refund) — request this when contacting us
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Use a trackable international shipping service
- Mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional duties
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, you may raise a claim at any time within a reasonable period of discovering the defect, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. There is no fixed deadline for defect claims. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos of the issue.
Wrong Item Received
- Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item
- We will arrange pickup and send the correct item
- No cost to you for our error
- Express shipping for replacement where available
Late Delivery Claims
If your order arrives significantly late due to our error, you may be eligible for a partial refund of shipping costs. Contact customer service to discuss your situation.
