- Analytics data: Retained for up to 12 months in anonymised form
- Error logs: Retained for 90 days
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7). Deletion requests are subject to our legal retention obligations.

- Correction: Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Grievance redressal: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 11)
- Withdraw consent: At any time for consent-based processing
- Nominate: A nominee to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (DPDP Act, 2023)

8. International Data Transfers
Some of our data processors (listed in Section 3) are located outside India, including in the USA. We ensure that appropriate safeguards — including standard contractual clauses and processor agreements — are in place to protect your data in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable cross-border transfer requirements.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting your rights, we will notify you by email where possible. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
