What is the typical response time?
Our team responds to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST). For urgent order-related issues, please mention your order ID in the subject line and we will prioritise your message.
Can I get help with sizing before I order?
Yes. Each Manèkin product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes or need advice on how a specific fabric drapes, reach out via the form above or on WhatsApp and our team will help you choose the right fit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also log in to your Manèkin account and visit the Orders section to see real-time delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Manèkin accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or in a condition different from what was described. Because our garments are made in small batches, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please review our full Refund Policy before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on it. If you are based outside India and are interested in Manèkin, please write to us — we would love to hear from you.
Can I request a custom size or alteration?
Our garments are available in standard sizes (XS to 2XL). We do not offer custom tailoring at present. If our standard sizing does not work for you, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best fit.
