India Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders with delivery within India — no minimum order value.
For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price listed on the website. A GST invoice will be provided with every order.
Risk and responsibility for your order remains with us until it is delivered to you. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@manekin.in and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
International Shipping
For international deliveries, we display the estimated delivery charge at checkout. This varies based on the product, its size and volume, packaging, and the shipping destination.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes are in addition to shipping charges and must be paid by the customer to the shipping partner at the time of delivery. Amounts depend on the policies of your destination country.
For international shipments, risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or events outside our control.
Delivery Timeline
Making these pieces to your specification will take us anywhere between 6 to 21 working days, after which they will be shipped out to you. Transit time within India is usually two to three working days.
